Her primary focus lies in evaluating each property’s renovation potential for real estate renovations, developing construction budgets, and thoughtfully redesigning floor plans to enhance both function and livability. Additionally, Sarah oversees finish selections, contractor coordination, permitting, tenant screening, and day-to-day property management, ensuring that every project is completed with care, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Samantha has been in the custom home building industry for nearly 20 years. She is currently employed full-time as the Controller of Trinity Homes, bringing an extensive background in tax preparation, high finance, and accounting to her role. While Sarah oversees front-of-the-house construction activities, Sam works behind the scenes with lenders and title companies to secure financing for all projects. She evaluates each job for overhead, interest carry, and profitability to determine if it will be a real estate renovation for sale or for rent, which influences the subsequent pricing of each listing. Additionally, she conducts market research and analyzes comparable sales data to develop the optimal offering strategy for all property acquisitions, ensuring effective property management throughout the process.

Frequently found inspecting job sites, testing sunny spots for afternoon naps, and reminding everyone to take breaks. Although not officially licensed in construction, morale management, or real estate renovations, they remain heavily involved in daily operations and insist on approving every project personally.
